Wildflower Hike Santa Ysabel Preserve East, Saturday, May 26, 2018

Saturday, May 26th Join County Parks staff for a spring flower hike through the Santa Ysabel Preserve-East to Kanaka Flat. This moderate 7-mile hike will take you along Santa Ysabel Creek which is lined by deciduous black oaks and sycamores. You'll continue across the creek, up and around the Kanaka Loop Trail, and return to the trailhead.

Time: 8:00 am - 11:30 pm

Bring: Water and snacks

Wear: Sturdy hiking shoes and dress in layers as the temperature might vary

Location: Santa Ysabel East Staging Area (at the north end of Farmer Road, 114-117 Farmer Road, Julian CA 92036).

Inclement weather will cancel event. Dogs are welcome but they need to be on a leash.
