Volcan Mountain Foundation

Saturday, November 8th join San Diego County Park Ranger Bret Exner at 10am for a tree discovery hike through Santa Ysabel Preserve-West.  It will be exciting time to learn about the various species of trees, including the magnificent Engelmann Oak, and enjoy the fresh air.

Meet at the parking/staging area located 1 mile west of Santa Ysabel, across from 29313 Highway 78, Santa Ysabel, CA 92070.  Wear comfortable hiking shoes for this hike. In addition, bring water, hat, sunscreen and snacks.  This hike will be canceled if it rains.  Please contact the County Rangers at 760-765-4098 for any updates.
